Branding with modern, minimal design and additional logo

Our task was to create a clean, cohesive image that would represent the individual elements of a group of companies based on three main activities, which would also be reflected in the additional logo. The colour code assigned to each activity was the one that finally won the customer's approval.

The company has been active in the fields of real estate development and management, economic and financial law, and consultancy for more than 15 years. This was one of the reasons for the complexity of the task: 3 main activities, operating as a group, which must be presented as equal elements in a significantly complex corporate image.
The brand's objective is to create a generous, modern, minimal design with a relatively strict internal proportioning system. We have identified 1 + 3 main primary colours to help code the areas of activity within the group and within the identity. As an additional request, we created a complementary logo, designed to be closely related to the main logo, but to remain a secondary symbol even when the two symbols appear directly next to each other. This additional logo is the first to use the logo colours in a targeted way, and also the first to use coloured squares reminiscent of the proportions of the main symbol.
