We were commissioned to plan and execute the entire visual and social media communication for a national event. The Summer School of Praise and Prophecy is held every year in July in Debrecen, with more than a thousand participants and nearly 50 speakers from abroad and Hungary. This year was the 19th time, the “Dics-Sulit” was held, but this time the main aspect set by the organisers was to unify visual communication on all interfaces and, unlike in the past, to have an active online presence.
In the first part of the project, we shot and post-produced trailer and testimonial videos. We then prepared a draft communication plan for the social channels, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram, given the target audience. Our other tasks included designing the on-site presence, branding the offline print materials and other necessary collateral elements to enhance the brand presence and user experience.
