Revamp of Express One's marketing strategy and visual communication

Express One, an international company owned by Austrian Post, provides fast delivery of more than 40,000 parcels a day. The aim of the project was to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that will strengthen the company’s market position in the long term.

During the project, we carried out a thorough market analysis, explored competitors’ strategies and created customer profiles to understand the exact needs of the target groups. Based on this, we prepared an annual marketing plan with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness and improving the customer experience.

By creating a new website, we have created a user-friendly interface that supports fast information search and administration. To enhance the visual identity, we created promotional photography and professional presentation videos that reflect the company’s credibility and innovation. And social media campaigns were used to reach target audiences even more effectively, contributing to Express One’s success in the market.
